Bonus Photo
So work this week sucked, and thats why I missed two days. Nothing particularly bad happened... It was just a long and exhausting week. And my schedule didn't help matters much. I worked the following: 7:30am-4pm, 6:30am-3pm, 1pm-9:30pm, 1pm-9:30pm, and 7:30am-4pm. That last one (today's shift), being a "bounce back" shift, was especially painful. I was very very tired. I promise to do better next week!

Still no takers on my personal assistant/life organizer job opening. And I'm not far enough along in the "Domesticating the Doug" process to have Doug be of any use in the situation illustrated above. So I was forced to spend a few short hours before work cleaning and organizing.

White Elephant
Went to a fun post-holiday party last night and got this AWESOME gift during the "White Elephant" gift exchange. I know what you are thinking... Its pretty much the coolest gift ever. Its so cool, that I don't feel like I'm worthy of such a gift, and will therefore save it, and pass it on to a more deserving soul at my next holiday gift exchange.

Happy New Year!!
So this is how I'm going to get in shape for the wedding, Dance Central 2 for the Xbox with Kinect. Doug got it for me for Christmas. Once you just accept the fact that it is not possible to look anything other than ridiculous while you play the game, its tons of fun. And a great workout! It even has a fitness setting that tells you how many calories you have burned. Maybe I will even pick up some new "moves" for the wedding reception :-). The Kinect device also takes pictures of you as you are doing the routine. Incase you were wondering.... Those pictures will not be shared on this blog :-)
